Bimetallic pipes and heaters
Bimetallic pipes
Bimetallic pipe is made of steel core, onto which there are fixed aluminum ribs. The advantage is great heat-carrying surface and better capability of transfer of heat into environment.
Usage: basic construction element of heating section and heaters for industrial purposes, family houses and alike.

Heat performance is dependant upon the parameters of used medium and velocity of blowing of aluminum ribs. Working pressure is dependant upon thickness of steel core wall. Maximal working pressure is 2 MPa.
Lengths of bimetallic pipes: 1000 - 3000 mm (after mutual agreement also another dimensions).

Heaters
It is possible to make complex heaters or exchanger units from bimetallic pipes:
- heaters can be used for heating of air in lumber kilns, diffuser dryers, heating units and alike For proposal of sizes and calculation of the whole heater, the following data are needed:
- volume o air
- performance of blower, its pressure loss
- temperature of air at intake
- parameters of heating medium
- performance that should be reached by heater
- dimensions of space where heater will be situated
- type of used pipe
